This will be a quick post. While the weather has subsided and is actually decent now, my CFI got sick over last weekend and is out for the rest of this week. I really hope to get back up in the air again next week, but I will play it by ear. I have a lot of ground to cover, as it’s been a month since I last went up. I have a feeling I will be re-doing my last lesson. Not a big deal, just looking forward to getting back up. I will, however, be at the airport on Saturday for week 4 of 7 of Ground School…

So I’m guessing he is alright. All I heard on Sunday when I went down was he was sick and all that but had no idea what had happened. Also, do you know if he is out all this weekend?

Yeah, I spoke with him a couple of days ago. He got appendicitis and was in the hospital for a bit. Had his appendix removed. From what I understand, he is out for the rest of the week. I just texted him this afternoon saying that if he’s up in the air again next week, to please let me know. I will try to get up before work in the morning.
